Make this: Garlic Artichoke Dip

Today, I bring to you a dip that I make en masse last week and have taken to two different events now and am eating it is an after school snack as we speak. I doubled the recipe, broke it into three cook and go tin foil serving containers, and have not managed to get a good picture of it any of those times because it gets devoured before I can photograph it. Really, it is that good. 

I used the recipe found at one of my favorite recipe sites, Our Best Bites. I did make an addition - Greek spices. I also recommend using a mini-food processor thing (do those have a name?) to do the garlic, as making garlic become minced seems so last year. 

I am all about dips and this is a new favorite.
