Make this: P-Dub's Garlic Sauted Spinach

First - if you aren't reading Pioneer Woman's blog for cooking recipes and really ridiculously cute basset pictures, you need to now. Go here and add it to your google reader (and if you don't have a google reader, you should).

Now that we've cleared that up, on to the spinach. I mentioned that we bought a lot of spinach last week and have been eating on it (made breakfast for dinner, pizza, and now this). I was lucky enough to have my baby brother home so my parental units made steaks. I contributed what I could, which would be this delicious spinach recipe.

Go to P-Dub's (that is code for Pioneer Woman = P.W. = P. Dub) website here for the recipe.

The only thing I did differently was that we minced our garlic because we couldn't slice our chips thin enough. Minced turned out fine. We also didn't pour half of our oil out and save it because honestly I was a bit lazy. And it ended up ok. But other than that, we followed the recipe pretty much spot on. And it was DELICIOUS. Spinach is cheap and good for you - make it as a side today!
ps - check out that glass tile backsplash my brother did for my parents in their kitchen!!

In trying to eat more leafy greens,
