{Go there}: Fuel Food Truck.

I've got yet another awesome food place for you to check out. Only catch is this time you have to find it first. Food trucks are all the rage right now - they are so hot. Jake and I have been stalking them for a few months, with the real quest beginning in earnest this past month. The three main ones we've been stalking are the Fuel food truck, Revival, and Memphis Dawgs hot dog cart.

You find out where they will be parked for the day via twitter and set out from there. The problem for me usually is they don't do weekends mostly and I work through lunch.

So, with that in mind, you can imagine my jealousy when I got a text from Jake with this picture - the text said "guess who showed up in front of the med school today?":

((pangs of jealousy ensued))... the Fuel Food truck had parked by their school. Naturally, I gave my blessing for Jake to go ahead without me to try out his first food truck fare (I'm so generous). We had eaten recently at Fuel Cafe with my parents (go there - it was delicious, especially the fries) and had been wanting to try out their tacos at the truck.

Jake got the bison tacos and reports that they were out of this world:

I'll be stalking Fuel Food Truck's twitter to find them in the near future. In the meantime, you should make me jealous too and find them on the streets of Memphis.
