I thought it would be interesting to do a weeks worth of pictures of "what I wore." I've seen other bloggers do this and never thought to do it myself - as it might seem a bit self-involved. But then I got to thinking... isn't the simple fact of keeping a blog very "self-involved"? And thus this post was born.
I took pictures in our front mirror (with the exception of one photo) over the course of a week:
Top Left: Going to Girly Breakfast Club with my church gals - got the scarf on the streets of Chinatown in San Francisco.
Top Right: On my way to school on a Friday (hence the extra smile). I wear my glasses to school (better to see the children with). Lately I've been eating a greek yogurt on the way to school every morning. Scarf from Macy's (INC), cardigan is Gap, shell (with a ruffle center, if you can't tell) is Land's End.
Bottom Left: Before school on Tuesday, prior to putting on glasses, this was taken about 6:25AM (sleepy eyes). That day I had a student tell me I always look like I'm "walking down the runway", which was a stretch but very sweet. Cardigan is Land's End, shirt is a summer Old Navy steal.
Bottom Middle: Taken before date night with Jake (we're casual - it was pizza). Love that new sweatshirt - comfy but cute. It was a TJMaxx find.
Bottom Right: Dinner for Jake's birthday with the parentals. Scarf was a gift from my bff Beth, jacket was a Christmas present from Jake's siblings.
*My phone cover was a Christmas present and is kate spade (I love it). You can get it from Apple here.
**I found this awesome new app that I used for my collage - Diptic. I used my iphone and then just emailed the picture to myself to use on the blog. I'm obsessed with it now. I'll try to not use it on every post.
